OUR STORY

 

We have grown up with Almonte in our hearts, and yoga in our lives.  It was a natural fit to connect the two and bring the premiere Almonte Yoga Festival to the Ottawa Valley.  We invite all to discover the historical beauty of Almonte's Old Town Hall along the Mississippi River for a day of practice, passion and purpose.

Our intention is to provide all who gather with a mindful and energetic experience that will allow yogis of all levels to connect with this thriving community.

 

We believe strongly in promoting local entrepreneurs and the creative people who live, invest and work here.  

 

We are also proud to support deserving local charities that serve this growing community.
